Ask on WhatsApp

01 · The question

Some questions are hard to ask out loud.

Most people wait years before asking about piles, fissures or a fistula. Not because it isn't painful. Because of who they would have to say it to.

You can ask us instead. No name, no clinic waiting room, no one you know.

02 · Someone answers

Ask at two in the morning. You'll get an answer.

You write on WhatsApp. Our assistant replies straight away, any hour, and asks a few ordinary questions: what's bothering you, how long, where you live.

03 · A person calls

Then a care coordinator calls you.

A person, on the phone, who has already read what you wrote so you don't have to say it twice.

04 · A surgeon looks at it

Sometimes the answer is no.

Our own surgeons decide whether an operation is really needed. They are paid to give you an honest answer, not to fill an operating list.

“You may not need an operation.” We would rather say that today than have you find it out afterwards.

The cost

You'll know the cost before you decide.

The coordinator tells you the full price on the call, along with what your insurance is likely to cover. Nothing is booked until you say yes, and asking costs you nothing.

05 · The morning

In by morning.

Planned day surgery at one of our partner hospitals. You come in the morning and, for most of these procedures, you go home the same evening.

06 · The night

Home by night.

No ward. No overnight bag. No week away from work. We check on your recovery at home until it's done.

07 · Ask

Ask the question.

The chat shows in your phone only as Wellome, and you can delete it any time. No forms, no email, no name needed to start.
